Project Management Materials

One of the courses I took while at UT Dallas was Project Management for Games and Animation. Towards the end of the semester, we were assigned a team project: we were to make a concept pitch for an advertisement focused on a random charity. The group I was part of got the The Lost Paws Rescue of Texas, with a focus on helping older animals get adopted.

My official role in the team was Production Designer, however as required I took on various other roles within the team, of note was designing the look of the animals, scenes, and props, as well as the rough storyboard for our advertisement as I had experience in animation.

Using Clip Studio Paint EX, I was able to put together a storyboard that gave an idea of our advertisement and the pacing it would have as it told the story of a little boy and his grandmother both finding four-legged companions from the shelter.
