This personal project was my attempt to use  Substance Painter once more after I had dabbled with it for my Capstone Project. Still very new to the program, my goal with this model was to truly sit down and learn what I could about Substance Painter.

That included layering, importing materials others had made, masking, and normals.

The model itself was done within Maya, including UV unwrapping for bringing to Substance Painter.

For this project, I went back to only using Photoshop for my textures. However what I focused on was building a full body and rigging it enough to pose it. This included weight painting the mesh onto the bones of the rig.

Looking back at it, I realize I did not make the sleeves nearly as "poofy" as they should have been to correctly mimic the reference, but it was definitely a learning experience in trying to get all the small details of such a simple outfit.
